PLEASE NOTE THIS POLICY RELATES TO OUR ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY. OUR IN-STORE POLICY IS DIFFERENT AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THOSE PURCHASES CAN BE FOUND ON THE IN-STORE.
In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or the items are not to your taste, you can simply return them to us within 14 days of receipt in their sale-able condition with an attached note stating the reason for return. Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) and with tags attached.Please allow 5-7 working days for funds to reflect in your account, depending on your banking provider as unfortunately this is out of our control.
RETURNS IN STORE
Orders can be returned in store however the order will be passed on to our online returns team and your refund will be processed in the same manner in which it was received and can take the same time frame mentioned above to be processed.
Online Refunds will not be processed in store and will always be dealt with by our online team.
